Everyday Change

Be a Tortoise, Not a Hare

Remember the saying "Slow and steady wins the race?" Turns out it's true. Slow down at work, with your partner and just in general. You may be surprised at how much sweeter life is when you aren't looking at it at warp speed.

Eight Glasses of water

GiniMaddocks

For those who do not "get thirsty" enough to desire water during the day, I suggest you begin drinking early in the morning.  Similar to a succulant plant, your body will hold onto fluids if it is not getting enough (water weight).

When you supply it with sufficient amounts, it will allow "run-off", so to speak, and ask for more (thirst) as the day goes on.
