"I was actually waiting for your book to come out at Barnes and Noble, and reserved it two weeks before it came out. I told my therapist about it and your web site and how you made a positive impact on me." -M

Living Healthier Starts with You

Congratulations! You’re starting a journey towards living healthier, which will not only make you look better, but feel refreshed, too.

In the first 30 days, you can expect to:

  • Feel more refreshed and happier.
  • Learn how to give your body the right foods and nutrients it needs to run efficiently.
  • Lose some weight, depending on how much your body is carrying.

On this first day, devote your efforts to this life change by drinking enough water to balance and regulate the body’s performance. Everything you do requires water to keep you going.

Just because you’re upping your H2O intake doesn’t mean you can’t have tea, coffee or carbonated, calorie-free beverages. Have them in moderation and balance them out with water. A good rule of thumb is to drink about half of your body weight in ounces per day. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, drink 75 ounces of water.

Drink as much water as your body needs. You can determine the need by the color of your urine. A light color means you’re sufficiently hydrated; darker colors mean you’re moving toward dehydration. You will start to notice that some feelings of hunger are actually feelings of thirst in disguise. Next time you think you’re hungry, get a glass of water.

DID YOU KNOW? Japanese researcher and doctor of alternative medicine Masaru Emoto showed that water carries energy and is affected by music, words and prayer.

Sometime late September last year, I needed help for a bring back love spell after reading great reviews on Dr. Wakina and his love spell. I had a situation which I desperately needed a supernatural help on, every physical efforts made to rescue my husband has always failed. My husband stopped loving and caring for me and our children after 7 years of happy home. He did so much wrong to me, I encountered so many domestic violence from him, he turned into a professional liar, and the worst of all, and he started using drugs and alcohol. I couldn’t bear his torture anymore when he wanted a divorce. I couldn’t afford to lose my husband to a strange spirit, I knew him to be a loving man before we got married, but I didn’t know what came over him.
Doctor Wakina love spell was so great and powerful, my estranged husband’s attitude and urge for evil changed just after 8 days of the completion of the love spell. The reasons why I can recommend Dr. Wakina to anyone are, his love spell is real and it works, Doctor wakina don’t cast love spell that is against anyone’s wish and his love spell lasts for eternity. I have been observing my husband’s behavior for more than 9 months, he is still the same, he has never stopped loving me again, the love keep growing each day and we keep prospering with the blessings that follows Doctor Wakina’s love spell. That’s the reason why I can recommend him to anyone event to my worst enemy… to email him via dr.wakinalovetemple@gmail.com

That's why I feel uneasy. Now I know the importance of water in my daily life. I had a small amount of water intake everyday.

Fantastic! I totally feel like I'm on the right track now! I've committed to doing a #yearofthedetox in 2012 and month one is all about getting hydrated. I love that it is Ariane's day one! Nice!

That's the first time I heard that you should drink half your body weight in ounces of water per day ---very interesting! I also heard that for every cup of coffee or caffeinated beverage you should drink 1-1/2 of that in water.

What about rain water and melted snow water (of course, from an unpolluted source where the air quality is excellent). Our municipal water is flouridated and chlorinated to the point that you can actually smell the chlorine and if I get the water in my eyes when showering I get extremely red, irritated eyes similar to that when swimming in a chlorinated pool.

This is a great beginning...I will make sure I drink a lot today!

I wanted to mention that the water should be well water, spring water, artesian water, and mineral water. These types of water all contain minerals and nutrients that your body craves such as magnesium, potassium, and sodium.

Tap water is a form of municipal water that has been treated, disinfected, and processed. Most cities also add a good amount of chlorine and fluoride to municipal water sources.

Some people prefer to drink distilled water, which refers to any kind of water that has gone through a vaporization process. Distilled water contains numerous types of residue, though it does not contain any kind of essential nutrients.

Bottled water comes inside of a plastic container, you must be careful as to which bottle water you choose. Some toxins from certain plastics can actually contaminate bottled water. If it is easiest for you to get bottled water then make sure it is in a glass bottle.

Hope this is helpful :)
