Changeling

Question:Green tea good, but how about all that sugar

green tea this, green tea that. it's good for you, i know, but has anyone seen a commercially bottled green tea that doesn't have a ton of high fructose corn syrup? i can't help but think the good being done with the tea is being undone with the sugar.

Answer:

That's an excellent observation, Changeling. Sadly, I don't know of any commercial green teas off the top of my head that don't have bunch of sugar in them. However, it is true that green tea has a bunch of health benefits. Have you thought about buying regular green tea bags, brewing your own iced tea and bringing it out with you?
