Everyday Change

Who Cares If It Turns Out Right?

Take A Sex Break

Icon_tip_8

Great job! You’ve made it through the first week of improving your sex life and you deserve to feel wonderful. You’ve made fantastic strides and taken many brave actions. Now it’s time to enjoy yourself.

Today, take a break from the sex education and do something nice that appeals to your senses and helps you connect with your true self. Run or walk through the park, enjoy a nice meal or glass of wine, buy a DVD that you like, sleep in an extra hour or have a special treat for dessert. Participate in an activity that you’ll enjoy with one or more of your senses. Be aware of how great it feels to treat yourself well. Get used to it! You’re a valuable commodity and worthy of stellar treatment. The time you’re taking to improve yourself will pay off in incalculable ways. Make sure you honor this time and commitment by taking care of your needs.
