Unless you're building a skyscraper or fixing a brain, there's room for error in your work. Sometimes, not forcing greatness/perfection leads to bigger and better ideas. So let go of whether a project is "right," and just let it be what it'll be.

Find Sex Support

As great as your partner may be, everyone could use an outside perspective on his or her sex life. Find a trusted friend who will serve as a sounding board for you. This person should be supportive of your journey and be willing to give you perspective on any sexual issues you may be experiencing. Having a non-judgmental friend with you through this process will increase your chances of success. You’ll be happily surprised at how willing people are to help others during their time of need.

Be honest about your concerns, frustrations and desires when you speak to your friend, and seek their perspective and feedback. Whether your support source is someone you have known your entire life or someone you just met, listen to your gut when you interact with them on this topic. Only take the suggestions with which you’re comfortable.

If you’re not comfortable enlisting a friend at this point, there are other ways of seeking help. Look up a support group online or find message boards to post any questions you may have. Make sure these boards are specifically geared toward answering your questions in a serious forum.
