Fending Off Infidelity

Fending Off Infidelity

Many devoted married couples are able to sustain financial problems, a major illness or a move across the country, but throw infidelity into the mix and it’s almost certain that the marriage will fail. While there may be no surefire way to safeguard your marriage against cheating, there are several steps you can take to drastically reduce the chances of having an indiscretion tear apart your marriage, says Askmen.com.

This may be a major “duh” moment, but the #1 tip is to avoid friendships with a member of the opposite sex. If we’ve learned anything from cheesy chick flicks, it’s this: it’s pretty much impossible to be “just friends” with the opposite sex. This doesn’t mean you have to cut out these friends altogether, but you might want to avoid candlelit dinners alone, in the dark corner of a restaurant. Get together with them on a group date or when you know your spouse will be around.

They also say that the best sex comes from having a complete trust in your partner. C’mon, there’s no way you can trust someone you just me an hour ago, so obviously that’s not going to happen on a one-night stand! [Askmen]
