Are you the person in your family who makes everyone come to the table?
I've always been the one who can get my family to "fight nice," but it's cost me (or caused me) my share of gray hairs. How do you build consensus?

Let me answer with a resounding, "YES, YES, YES!" I am just that person, being the only female child. That wasn't meant to sounds sexist, but I feel I was more encouraged to share feelings and have deep talks than my brothers were. And yes, I too have paid the gray-hair piper for it, but I also got some tremendous value out of it.
