Meeting the Parents, for the First Time

Ever seen the movie “Meet the Parents”? We’re guessing this is NOT the scenario you are shooting for when you meet her parents this holiday season. So how can you make a great first impression? First, be sure to have good hygiene and grooming. While your ripped jeans or un-tucked shirt might look fine when hanging with friends, this is not how you want to be introduced to her family. Next, do your research. How should you address important people? What gift can you bring? (Don’t even think about going empty-handed!) Finally, politeness counts.
