Question:How do you overcome the extensive pain of betrayal, deciet, lies and death?

My live in boyfriend of childhood died june 2008. His family knew me and i believe i was atleast the main woman after his death there was a woman whom parents recognised other than me. Everything happend so fast i did not have time to grieve the loss i was concentrating on the betrayal. I am still hurting i do not know where to start it hurts so bad.

Answer:

Tshowe,

I am so sorry for your loss.
It's understandable you are in shock & don't know where to start.

Do take care of you - - you might not remember to eat. See that you get sufficient rest - - even if you're not getting much sleep. Research showed years ago - - "resting" is almost as beneficial as getting a "good nights" sleep. Try to get some exercise, maybe a walk in beautiful surroundings?

Is there family close by, and friends who can give support? It might help if you could talk to a professional counselor about all that you have experienced & feel. Might try meditation, which can help bring peace of mind.

I know the pain is so bad, and it's hard to think, much less do what needs to be done.

If you want to talk, I am a good listener! I'm just a click away here at First30Days, or at lilliede81@yahoo.com.

I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
