Question:Complete exhaustion 1 week later

Hi there,
Lost my Father one week ago today. He was sick for awhile, and I had been one of the main care givers for the last year. The last two days, I feel absolutely exhausted. Went back to work yesterday, and it took everything in me to make it through the day without curling up somewhere. Could I have been running on adrenalin and now my body is demanding rest? We have 4 kids, so it is hard to find a little "me time". just wondering if it is normal to feel absolutely run down shortly thereafter. Thank you for any advice.
