Kucinich's Green Ambition

Although Dennis Kucinich is low in the polls, he continues to keep “Going Green” high on his list of priorities. He's proposing a Works Green Administration that, if acted upon, would spend federal funds on a sweeping environmental makeover. Though it sounds almost too good to be true, the Boston Globe says that if Congress were to take Kucinich's grand idea and scale it down, it might become plausible.
