Labels

Labels on a post-it or folder or box or binder--on anything--make my life so much easier. I'm a neat-freak and I like to clean, but I don't want to spend ALL of my time doing it. If I write down what everything is, I can find it easier and have more time to spend however I please.

yeah, labels and labeling are a must for me. my other tip is to use clear plastic bins for storage items. that way you can see what's inside without having to open them.
