Room Rearrangement Time!

Room Rearrangement Time!

Real Simple’s Simply Stated blog points out some helpful software for those of you in rearranging mode. Even if your home is in relatively neat condition, it’s no small feat to move around furniture in the name of organization. If your home is cluttered and messy, this will be next to impossible.

Thank goodness that computers have come along to make almost anything “virtually” possible.

The post mentions several software programs for playing with the layout of a room and its contents. Where should the TV go? What size couch should you buy? “Furnish,” one of the programs, allows the user to “draw in” items that aren’t represented in one of the templates, so that giant high-heel shoe chair you have? You can account for it now.

Once you have de-cluttered and organized, you can get more organized by maximizing the space you have. If you are happier with the layout, you’re more likely to keep up with the cleaning of it. Have you used virtual tools to help you with the rearranging process? [Simply Stated]
