Fibromayaglia

stay away from caffine and coffee try to exercise twice a week or do something, I suffer from it and my daily activies are so short now that I have to make myself get up and go outside and do some gardening or something it gives me a great sence of spirit and get to relax at the same time. I do get depressed a lot and cry but I do know that I'm not the only one who is going through this. keeping a postive mind helps. I also enrolled in Law School and it help keep me postive, I want to help the children who are stuck in the courts today any where in the USA and get them on the way to a successful life too, and I love  working with children, I did work for the school system and then I went to cosomotogloy school and  a nail tech. SO in all I'm saying do something that makes youfeel better in your suffering. Thank You. Andrea Ogletee KCMo.

Thanks Andrea; this is some good advice. I too am suffering from fibromayaglia. I lost my job in December due to down-sizing and haven't been able to find another one that I'm able to do. I can't afford to go to school. It's really depressing. No one seems to understand.
