Espel is the national director for group fitness programming for New York’s Equinox Fitness Clubs. Previously, she was the program director for the Sports Center at Chelsea Piers and an adjunct lecturer at Hunter College in the department of health and physical education. Espel is certified by and is examiner for the American College of Sports Medicine in exercise leader and health/fitness instructor divisions.
