Have you tried Curves for working out?
I'm intrigued by the idea that I could get through a circuit of machines in 30 minutes. That would fit into my schedule.
yes i tried curves for 2 days and quit because i hurt my left knee.i had to get a note from my doc. to give to them letting them know that curves weren't the program for me.I have to have a supervised exercise program for me,which i've started allready.so for it;s working for me.i am going on my 3rd week.,and i feel g-r-e-a-t bjackson1955
I joined Curves when I was just getting back into exercising after not doing any for a long time. It was good for the frst few months but I found (and was told) that the resistance on the machines stay the same or loosen over time with all the use so you don't really progress as you would with a machine where you could make the resistance a next notch stronger. I only went M-T-M at Curves after I heard that and joined a regular womens gym ater that that had reg machines, calsses, etc. For starting out though Curves is a good option.
I am a 3 year veteran of Curves. I have lost inches and weight. I love the women that go there and all the fun we have working out. Its more like going out with the girls each night I go. It doesn't become this dreaded workout. Go for it! Its so worth it!
I belong to Curves and I really like it. I feel like I have worked out and my endurance has really improved and the women there are sooo funny. I sometimes think I get more of a workout laughing so much.
