Working Out with Kylie

Who says you need to listen to Jane Fonda or some hot shot trainer to get in shape? All you need is Youtube and Kylie, a 5-year-old exercising dynamo who probably knows more about getting in shape than you do.

Learn how to do push-ups, jumping jacks, squats, wide-leg push-ups, crunches, leg lifts and stretches all from the perspective of a kindergartener. And sure her counting leaves something to be desired and maybe her techniques are a little off, but at least she’s learning the importance of physical activity at an early age!

As Kylie says, you have to exercise so you can “be the fastest girl in school and be a big, strong girl and look buff.”  That sounds like a great goal, doesn’t it? [YouTube]
