Instead of a Night Out, Work Out

A new study published by The New England Journal of Medicine suggests that a person is 71% more susceptible to obesity if a friend of the same sex is obese. Alas, this may make us think twice before breaking out the Ben & Jerry’s with the gals, but all hope is not lost!
