Remember the saying "Slow and steady wins the race?" Turns out it's true. Slow down at work, with your partner and just in general. You may be surprised at how much sweeter life is when you aren't looking at it at warp speed.

Letting bygones be gone

VictoriaB

Getting a divorce can be a stressful event, filled with emotions, questions and doubts.

The best thing we can do for our healing and growth is to let go of anger or regret. Try not to focus on the negative. Our thoughts can rob us of our energy and keep us from moving forward. Focus on life in the moment and the thrill of what lies ahead.

Share your story of letting bygones be bygones. How have you been able to move forward after divorce?

Every time I begin to feel sadness or regret -- which is just opposite the concepts of 'Being Happier' -- your suggestions pop into my mind, & so far I've been able to let those feelings go, right after they appear.

Thank you for being here & sharing your wisdom!
