Question:Filing tomorrow, need advice on custody and visitation...I am so confused! Please read and advise! thanks!

Tomorrow I will be seeing my attorney for the second time and we will be filing. What questions should I ask?? I am having a hard time figuring out the righ thing to do about his visitation. Just a couple of days ago he informed me that God sent him the woman He made for him and he is living with her in a one bedroom apartment. Just seems crazy to me. He has not seen much of his 6 yr old son or my daughter Lucy (1) in the last 6 weeks. His mother thinks he is bipolar and needs help because his whole life he eiither is a big pothead or a hardcore christian. Sometimes he gets a little violent and just loses it, never towards the kids and it was usually my fault when it rarely did happen. But Lucy is young and hes never really taken care of her on his own, so its scary. His son has grown up being hurt by him again and again, i want to protect my daughter from this as much as i can but not take away her dad. Can anyone give me some advice on what questions to ask the attorney or what options i have...or just any advice would help. I never realized how painful this could be...I just want to get it over with but with my daughters best interst at heart. PLEASE HELP--thank u all so much!
