Question:I made a decision to leave my old career and go into something new. Although I worked in the new industry years before, how do I add that to my resume to be considered?

I am currently in an industry that has been affected by the economy. I made a decision to utilize my current professional skills and go back to an industry that I worked in years before. What is the best way to apply so that I would be considered again.
