Thank you Arielle for reaffirming what I too have discovered long ago. After a few bad break-ups (back in the 90’s), I wrote a list of exactly what I wanted in my next boyfriend… sure enough not 6 months later- did I meet:
my future husband, my best friend, my true soul-mate.
We are happily married now for 13 years, but those wish lists didn't stop with him. I continued to journal and wrote down with great detail the dreams of my future that we would share together.
I recently found one of my old journal passages from 1997, I was astonished while reading my own words -from those pages-that my life and dreams came true almost identical to what had been written!!
I am truly blessed & grateful, I’ve had some rough patches on my “seekers” journey, but I have now found both peace and oneness due to my Learned spiritually & yoga practice.
I believe in myself, and try to focus on the many positive aspects of our beautiful lives.
