Retreat isn't treatment

Karadc

When you’re depressed it’s common to retreat from others, but isolation can make your depression worse. Force yourself to get out of the house and spend time with others. Go for a walk. Talk to your friends and loved ones about your feelings. You may resist it, but you’ll feel better in the end!
