Question:Are you giving up therapy sessions because of finances?

I read in a local magazine that 1 out of every 5 patients going to therapy is giving up sessions because of financial constraints. It said that because the holidays can be an especially difficult time for those suffering from depression, that this could potentially be detrimental.

Have you cut out therapy recently?

I read that, too...I know some of my friends have stopped treatment and it's really affecting them.

I wonder if in this economy group treatment (which I'm guessing might cost less) is available? Or does anyone know of any places that provide help on a sliding scale or over the phone?
