"I wish I had enough words to express what your book has done for me. Thank you over and over. It's like a guidebook to life. When I don't remember how to navigate, or even that I can, it reminds me. What a precious gift."-Deborah

Question:Are we saddest in our 40s?

A team of international researches has just finished conducting a study that concludes that most people experience a dip in their happiness levels between 40 and 50.
The good news is that it comes back up in our 50s and that, if we're physically fit and active in our 70s we could be feeling as happy as we were in our 20s.
What do you think about this?

Answer:

Please tell me that isn't true because I'm in my late 20's and I'm already depressed. I dont think I could deal with more.
