Question:Best way to insulate for winter?

We heard costs for heating will be higher this winter and want to make sure our home is ready. Does anybody know the best way to go about making sure that a home is energy efficient in that way? Windows, insulation, etc? Where do we begin?

Answer:

your local electric company can have someone come out and check your house and see where you can improve or your local eco-energy co can be called and they will come and check and give you those lights that are longlasting and use very little energy and are curly and a shower head for your showers to save water.
