i have to say i reallly enjoyed reading your article. Im of course so sorry for your loss but completely relate to opening up and watching what happens. I work with the public very one on one and constantly have clients ask me how my son is doing. He is doing great but he is also in rehab for his alcoholism. I didnt tell many people at first but i noticed the ones that i did tell opened up immediately about a loved one in the same situation, the more i told i realized almost everyone had been there too in one shape or form and what i really noticed was the bonding, compassion and sincerity that came from each one of them. People really are good if we just give eachother a chance.
