I strive to be always earth friendly and to make others aware of how to eat well, recycle, etc. without being a bore. It is not easy to change lifetime habits (how well I know!) but I keep hoping that I can make an impact on how my grandchildren thin, act, eat. Baby steps. Thank you for your words of wisdom.
