		<description>Clear and simplistically true...I felt my shoulders drop and a sigh of relief escaped from my mouth when I was reading this. It&#039;s so calming to even entertain the notion that &quot; I&#039;m O.K. as I am.&quot; At some point I would like to believe it through and through...but that seems like such a long way from this moment... :0/ .... There aren&#039;t many things out there that assert the idea that &quot;we are perfect as we are.&quot; If we believed that, we wouldn&#039;t want for many things... and western society (or maybe capitalism) just isn&#039;t built on that principle. Quite the contrary in fact.
