It's so calming to even entertain the notion that " I'm O.K. as I am." At some point I would like to believe it through and through...but that seems like such a long way from this moment... :0/ .... There aren't many things out there that assert the idea that "we are perfect as we are." If we believed that, we wouldn't want for many things... and western society (or maybe capitalism) just isn't built on that principle. Quite the contrary in fact. ~Thank you for posting!
