Travel Update
Thanks to all of you who have sent emails about the book and how much you’re enjoying it! It’s making all the airline miles I’ve racked up in these few weeks worthwhile.
Being home for a few days is nice, and before I head out again I’ll be at East West Living tonight at 7:00 for a book signing and talk in the Cafe. If you’re in the New York City area, please do stop in and say hello!

Here Comes the Sun
For those of you in the NYC area, I will be at the Here Comes the Sun event in Central Park this Saturday, September 27. The event is sponsored by our good friends at Health magazine and we have been anticipating it all summer long! My team will be out all day with First30Days goodies for each of you who stop by (as long as they last, of course)! We’ll also have a few copies of my book on hand, and I’ll be speaking at 2:00 at the Author’s Tent.

The People that You Meet Each Day
I’m now back in NYC for the long weekend and my birthday — a double shot of celebration! Hopefully, we’ll get some sunshine.
While in San Francisco, I had a few funny rendezvous, of course. Do you recall the theme song from Mr. Rogers? He sings of the people in your neighborhood being “the people that you meet, when you’re walking down the street…the people that you meet each day.” Right now, the entire country is my neighborhood, and I’m meeting all kinds of “neighbors” I wouldn’t otherwise have the pleasure to know.

On the Road
It’s been an exciting time at First 30 Days! My book, The First 30 Days: Your Guide to Any Change, was picked as an Amazon.com favorite in the Health, Mind and Fitness category. I had an incredible opportunity to kick off a few weeks of press with an appearance on the Today Show. I’ve also recorded a podcast on the 9 Principles of Change outlined in the book, which you can listen to at Written Voices. My schedule is below and I hope that if I’m on in your city, you’ll tune in! My schedule will be updated weekly, so please check back for more appearances soon! And, if you missed anything, check out the press page — we do our best to keep it consistently updated with clips, articles and more! You’ll find recent press from Redbook, BusinessWeek, Tech Crunch and many others.

The Spirituality and Change Connection
We can all benefit from integrating more spirituality into our lives. After interviewing thousands of people for my new book: The First 30 Days: Your Guide to Any Change, I found that doing so can help you get through any transition (whether it’s a change you are facing or one you hope to make).

My New Book is Available Today!
My new book, The First 30 Days: Your Guide to Change (And Loving Your Life More) — is available today in bookstores nationwide and online — it offers nine simple principles to help make any change easier.
Maybe you’ve been through a difficult breakup, received a troubling health diagnosis or lost your job. Perhaps you’re a new parent, received a promotion or started your own business. Positive changes can also be made — have you quit smoking, lost some weight or become more green?
