Making Changes for Yourself

From time to time, I’m going to present some of my favorite quotes — some about change, some that inspire and some that just get us all thinking. Today I’d like to share a quote from James A. Baldwin, a vital literary voice of civil-rights activism in the 1950s and 1960s.

“Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.”

What is the most difficult change you have ever made for yourself? How has it improved your life? I’d love to hear your thoughts.
