Can the foods you eat affect the sex of your child?
As in, if I eat more spinach, will I have a boy?

No, the sex of your child is determined by the father. You have the X chromosome he will offer the "Y" which means a boy or a "X" which means a girl. The sex of your baby is already determined the day you conceived. It doesn't develop till later. Congratulations!!! Oh I bet you already have your answer though considering the date of the post.. lol
