Question:Does music make you happy?

These days I enjoy classical music, especially if I'm driving. It's much easier on the ears and since I don't know the songs I'm not constantly changing the channel to find "other" songs that I do like. Plus, classical music can be soothing in stressful situations.

Answer:

This weekend I realized taking out my headphones and blaring music is actually tremendously effective at lifting my mood. Something about transforming it from a private moment to one that can be shared...and, of course, this way everyone can dance along!

l love all kinds of music, but if I'm feeling a little down, I try to put on something you can dance to. It always makes me feel a little bouncier... Christian Alternative music always help lift me up as well. Jeremy Camp, Casting Crowns...very uplfting...
