Mommy Nightmares: Shaken and Stirring

Are new mom’s nightmares just the brain’s way of bonding with baby? As if there wasn’t enough waking them nightly already, sleep researcher Tore Neilsen’s study reveals that 75 percent of women who have recently given birth are plagued by frightening dreams involving their little bundles.
