New Dad Blues

Hey, dad. We feel your pain. Once upon a time, it was just you and your beloved. Now there’s a squealing, feeding, pooping bundle of baby goodness between you.

It’s a thin line between love and jealousy. If you miss your partner, it’s OK. Our guess is you are missed, too—and this will pass! In the meantime, do everything you can to bond with baby, which will help you feel more like you’re a part of the new family dynamic (yes, that means getting up in the middle of the night.)

Share your hard-earned wisdom  with us—how are you coping with being a new dad?
