not a story just a question
OKay so I'm 38 just joind the Cali Air National Guard and I'm thinking about trying out for the PJs/ParaRescue Teams. When the SEALS, Rangers, Delta Force and alike need to call 9-1-1 it's the PJs that go in perform medical treatment and bring them home. I just learned how to swim after almost drownding when I was a little kid so fear over came. Now I need to improve my running, what are the best methods to improve my running and what are your words on the whole bare foot and toe running?

Actually, no words on one specific technique. Perhaps one of our community members practices whole barefoot-and-toe running. Any takers?
